Matt Legrand is a New York-based product design leader and builder. He is a Staff Product Designer at GitHub, designing and building core AI & agentic automation.

Previously, he was the Head of Design at Augment Code, leading design for AI-native developer tools, and a Staff Product Designer at Replit, where he launched the world's first coding agent. He served as Head of Design at Bubble, scaling products from zero to millions of users. He co-founded Common Sensing, a smart hardware platform for diabetes care that was acquired by Bigfoot Biomedical, where he invented a patented medical device and led FDA-approved product design.

Matt has worked across startups from stealth to acquisition, and spent time at IDEO early in his career. He builds and launches products including draw.cafe and 0-1.sh, and wrote and directed Solutionism, a documentary exploring design thinking and social innovation.
